Study hall is access without instruction to practice your throwing and/or handbuilding techniques. There is no teacher, lesson, or instruction available during studio time. Participants have previously taken a Foundations Two class at SEED or equivalent experience which includes throwing, trimming, using handbuild equipment such as slab roller. 

 

Studio access will be 5:30-9pm for four weeks on the selected day of participation. Participants must check in by 6pm, if not and without prior notice via email you will forfeit access for that day. No studio access outside of designated study hall hours.

ANY SKIPPED SESSIONS CANNOT BE MADE UP​

Clay is purchased in house on the first night. Limit one bag per person, per four week session. No outside clay may be brought into the studio. Tools and apron available upon check in.

The four week study hall includes three days of working with clay and one day of glazing at the end. All wet work must be completed by the end of the third study hall, the fourth study hall will be glazing. ​
